Return Policy
Upon receiving the item within 7 days, any defective item not due to misused will entitled to 1 to 1 exchange. Buyers should be responsible for the shipping cost from their locations to Hong Kong.We will be responsible for the shipping cost from Hong Kong to buyers’ locations.
We offer 30-day refund. 25% restocking fee will be applied on all kinds of refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

a.One-year warranty for the mainframe without charges for components change or repairing.
Lifetime maintenance without any charge for repair fee. Only fees to change parts.
b.If there is any problem can not be resolved easily,we will send you the new module for changing for free in one year, just the person knows some electrics knowledge can work this.
c.We have the special engineering drawing to teach our distributor to check the machine’s problems hand by hand using the multi-meter etc once unfortunately the machine happen to unwanted problems.
d.Free training for operation of the equipment in our company, which provided by our specialized training department.
